  1. Solution Preparation

    • Ensure accurate composition control of the plating bath (e.g., zinc ions, acid concentration, and additives).

    • Use high-purity chemicals and distilled/deionized water to avoid impurities.

  2. Pre-Treatment

    • Thoroughly clean and degrease the substrate to prevent poor adhesion and defects.

  3. Plating Process Control

    • Rinse thoroughly to remove residual chemicals that could cause staining or corrosion.

  6. Waste Management

    • Treat acidic wastewater to meet environmental regulations before disposal.
