I am a new author. Having spent years developing my book I finally decided to publish and chose Austin Macauley. Initial contacts were promising. I had telephone conversations with actual people which I found useful. However, after committing to a contract, all contact is done by email. Conversations to chat through issues are discouraged. Proof reading was "challenging" to say the least. However, the day finally dawned when my book was published! The format was good and the font was a good choice. HOWEVER, I am now receiving complaints from family, friends and colleagues that its impossible to purchase the book via Amazon. Whenever, they try and order my book they are told its "Out of Stock". Orders Dept at Austin Macauley have confirmed its an "issue" and hope to resolve it. I know my book can be bought elsewhere, but not from the World's biggest marketplace!! So frustrating having leapt through so many hoops to get here to find the public cannot actually buy my book from Amazon!!
