My shipping times are estimated, and packages may occasionally be delayed by customs checks or holiday post delays. This is rare, but also outside of my control. If you are ordering an item for a specific date, please make sure you order in plenty of time, just in case this happens.
If an order arrives extremely late I will be happy to take the item back and refund you. Please get in touch with me via Etsy messages or email (pochikart@hotmail.com) and we can arrange this.
Due to rising shipping costs, I do not send my orders tracked as this would more than double P&P costs for you. However, if your item gets lost in transit, I will gladly refund or replace it.
